This level can be done fairly quickly if you don't mind getting shot up a little. It's pretty much a 50 yard dash to the goal with no finesse at all. I've also done this level with the ballers instead of the 9 mm SD and it's about the same.
Run out of the privacy booth and turn around to your right running straight at the guard at your end of the long service desk and take him out with one shot.
Keep running past him but veer off to the right a little and then curve back to the left to get a shot at the guard behind the second metal detector on your left. Take him out with one shot and run through the arch.
Turn right and take out the guard right in front of the elevators on your right and then take out both guards at the corner of the wall in front of you.
Veer a little to the left and curve right around the corner to get an angle and take out the last guard in your path by the elevator to the basement.
Run up to the elevator and push the call button. Run in and push the button for the first basement. When the door opens run straight out and a little to the right and take out the guard ahead of you and to your left. keep going past the large column in the aisle and then turn right and there will be two or three guards there. Take them all out with one shot each and run into the office on the right and shoot the computer screen in the far corner to the right of the door to the second basement.
Run down the stairs through all the doors and pick the lock on the last door and run straight down toward the target. Take him out with a headshot from as far away as you can and then when the video sequence starts hit escape. Turn around and run for the far door again. If a guard comes down, only take him out if he's in your way and run back up all the stairs. When you get to the little office just turn right into the express elevator.
